Quick and easy to set up (in 1 minute). Fills with 300ml of tap water (use distilled water for best results).  Add a few drops of the 'Aroma Snooze Remedy' pure essential oil blend (or your favourite essential oil).  

Please consult your health care professional for advice on appropriate use and dosage of essential oils.  

* NOTE: YOU DON'T NEED TO USE THE OIL, YOU CAN RUN THE MACHINE JUST ON WATER.
