Shipping

We currently offer flat rate shipping for Standard and Express shipping via Canada Post.  

Rates for Canada is a flat rate of $8.00 for Standard Shipping and flat rate of $12.00 for Express Shipping.

We also ship to a number of different countries around the world and can offer flat rates as follows:

• United States Standard International - $10.00
• United Kingdom Standard International - $12.00

Please contact us if you can't find your country in our shipping options.

For all international shipping please check your country customs tax laws before purchasing as you may be subjected to paying additional fees from your government tax department. Customers are responsible for paying these taxes.

FREE SHIPPING

We are also happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $120 and over.

Timelines

Order are processed, packed and shipped within 24 hours of orders being received.  Deliveries are based on Canada Post schedule of deliveries.

Lost Items

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post.  Once parcels are lodged at a Canada Post office, it becomes the responsibility of Canada Post to ensure parcels reach their destination.  Baby Loves Sleep cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the mail.  

Exchange/Refunds

We will happily accept exchange of goods if you have ordered the incorrect size or have changed your mind about a colour or print you originally selected, as long as the items are not used, not damaged and are in their original packaging.  We also ask that you cover the shipping cost both ways.

Similarly, return/refunds will only be accepted if the items returned are in their original condition, they have not been used, are not damaged and are returned in their original packaging.  Returns/Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of purchasing.
