How to clean your Aroma Snooze sleep aid

We encourage you to use your Aroma-Snooze as regularly as possible and reap the benefits!

Learning how to clean your diffuser properly is important to ensure its performance and  longevity. If left sitting unused and uncleaned for too long, essential oil residue can negatively affect your aromatic experience, and the lifespan of your diffuser.

If you are using your Aroma Snooze daily, we recommend giving it a clean every few days.

QUICK CLEAN 

1. Place the Aroma-Snooze on a dry and even surface.
2. Turn the power off and disconnect the diffuser from the power supply before cleaning.
3. Do not use detergents or aggressive agents to clean.
4. Empty, rinse water tank and wipe dry with a clean cloth and use a cotton ball to clean the ceramic disc located in the center of the water well. 

For extra cleaning 

If there is any essential oil residue discoloring the inside of the water well, this simple cleaning technique can be used;

When the unit is DRY, place a couple of drops of Lemon or Orange (or even the Aroma Snooze Blend if you have no others) onto a DRY cloth, and wipe the inside walls when DRY. 
Run the diffuser function with around 1 inch of water in the well. 

This should bring the unit up to be nice and fresh and like new.

For deep cleaning

We recommend you give the inside water well, a thorough clean with a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water. Leave this to soak for around 30 minutes once a month. Then rinse well with water.

Cleaning the outside of the Aroma Snooze

Wipe the outside of the Aroma Snooze with a clean damp cloth. Do not use essential oils to clean the outside lid, only warm water is suited.
