Returns Policy

Faulty Product

If you have received a product that is faulty, defective or less than perfect, we will 100% replace it with another - no questions asked!  We won't even ask you to return the defective product.  We simply ask that you send us an email with your order details and include a photo showing the problem so that we can forward this to our manufacturer.  

 

Received the wrong order

If what you received is not what you ordered, please let us know right away and we will send you the right items you ordered along with a paid return satchel so that you can send back the incorrect item(s) to us without any out of pocket costs to you.

 

Exchanges 

If the product you chose is not quite the right size or you prefer a different design or colour, we are more than happy to exchange this for the correct size or a different design or colour, as long as you are able to return the items unused or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging.  We also ask that you cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchasing.

To speed up the returns process, please download and complete our Returns Form and include this with the product you are sending back.

 

Change of Mind

We are no longer accepting requests for refunds if you change your mind. We are more than happy to process an exchange as long as you are able to return the items unused or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. We also ask that you cover the cost of shipping for change of mind returns.

Exchanges will be accepted within14 days of purchasing.

Please note, a new order will be created for the exchange. We will then process a refund for your original order.

To speed up the returns/exchange process, please download and complete our Returns Form and include this with the product you are sending back. Please also make sure to write down the new order number that you are exchanging with.

 

Return/Refund

Similarly, return/refunds will only be accepted if the items returned are in their original condition, they have not been used, are not damaged andare returned in their original packaging.
