Returns Policy

Faulty Product

If you have received a product that is faulty, defective or less than perfect, we will 100% replace it with another - no questions asked!  We won't even ask you to return the defective product.  We simply ask that you send us an email with your order details and include a photo showing the problem so that we can forward this to our manufacturer.  

 

Received the wrong order

If what you received is not what you ordered, please let us know right away and we will send you the right items you ordered along with a paid return satchel so that you can send back the incorrect item(s) to us without any out of pocket costs to you.

 

Exchanges 

If the product you chose is not quite the right size or you prefer a different design or colour, we are more than happy to exchange this for the correct size or a different design or colour.

  • Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchasing.
  • Items being returned must be unused, unwashed or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging with tags.
  • You need to complete our Returns Form and include this with the item you are sending back.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our warehouse.
  • A $9.95 handling and processing fee will be applied with returns (see below for more info).

 

Treatment of Discounts (from previous purchases)

If the item you purchased originally was on special (i.e. discounted due to a promo or purchased as part of our bundle offer), we will apply the same discount to the exchange item as long as the item you are exchanging is from the same range. Example: item previously purchased is Sleepy Hugs, exchange item is also Sleepy Hugs, then we will apply the same discount to the exchange item. 

 

Change of Mind

  • We do not provide refunds if you change your mind.
  • You have the option to request an exchange for another item or store credit.
  • Items being returned must be unused, unwashed or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging with tags.
  • You need to complete our  Returns Form and include this with the item you are sending back.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our warehouse.
  • We will ship your exchange item free of charge.
  • A $9.95 handling and processing fee will be applied with returns (see below for more info).

If you feel you have special circumstances that warrants a refund, please send an email to customercare@babylovessleepco.com and provide details of why you should be exempted from our 'no refunds' policy.

Note: Should you be approved for a refund, please note that there will be a $9.95 handling and re-stocking fee deducted from your refund. Cost of return shipping is to be covered by you.

 

Handing & Processing Fee
There is a $9.95 fee that will be applied for ALL returns for exchanges. The reason we charge this is because there are costs associated with inspecting and repackaging products that are sent back. We are a small business and cannot absorb these added costs especially since we are already shipping your exchange item free of charge.

If you have chosen to receive a store credit, this fee will be waived.

 

What happens when we receive your returned item

  • We will create an exchange order containing the item(s) you have selected to exchange with. 
  • Your exchange order will be emailed to you for review and to complete any outstanding amounts owing i.e. cost difference between products, handling & processing fee. 

 

Refunds

  • A refund will only be given if you choose to purchase the exchange item in lieu of waiting.
  • If you choose this option, we will process your refund less the process & handling fee for your original order once your return is received.
  • Items being returned must be unused, unwashed or in a resalable condition and in its original packaging with tags.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our warehouse.
  • You need to complete our  Returns Form and include this with the item you are sending back.
  • Please include the original order number and the new order number to avoid unnecessary delays with processing your refund.

To speed up the returns process, please download and complete our Returns Form and include this with the product you are sending back.

* If you're unsure what you'd like to exchange to and prefer to wait, we can give you a store credit voucher that you can use towards a future purchase.
